All of our claims are handled in our Sydney office (there are no call centres or off shore services).
Each client will have their own designated claims handler, allowing for a more personalised experience.
HMIA have an internal assessment team using digital technology and heavy motor expertise to alleviate client stress.
We handle claims in the most cost effective manner ensuring that claims histories have minimal impact on future premiums.
HMIA have an established Accident Management Program (‘AMP’) allowing the client to have a plan in place before an accident occurs. This can be activated any time, day or night, by calling our designated AMP number.
